- Plank 60 sec. x4 (Exercises w/ Block)
Instructions:
- This workout is focused on isolating particular muscle groups with CinderFit blocks and bands.
- Try to rest 30-60 sec. between sets. You should choose a block weight that will allow you to have 2-3 additional reps to give at the end of your set.
