Workout of the Day #5 (Sculpt) - Sculpt Upper Body

  • Muscle isolation
  • Rest 30-60 sec. between sets
  • Choose adequate weight

  1. Shoulder Press 12x4 (Exercises w/ Bands)
  2. Bicep Curl 12x4 (Exercises w/ Bands)
  3. Low Row 12x4 (Exercises w/ Bands)
  4. Upright Row 12x4 (Exercises w/ Bands)
  5. Standing Curl 12x4 (Exercises w/ Bands)
  6. CF Push-Up 12x4 (Exercises w/ Block)
  7. Transfer Row 12x4 (Exercises w/ Block)
  8. Plank 60 sec. x4 (Exercises w/ Block)


  • This workout is focused on isolating particular muscle groups with CinderFit blocks and bands.
  • Try to rest 30-60 sec. between sets. You should choose a block weight that will allow you to have 2-3 additional reps to give at the end of your set.
