Workout of the Day #4 (Functional) - First Functional Movement Series

  • Building endurance rounds
  • First round - 30 sec. for each
  • Second round - 60 sec. for each
  • Final round - 90 sec. for each

Exercise List:

  1. Farmer's Walk
  2. Lateral Row
  3. Squat Pop-Over
  4. Bob and Weave

Instructions:

  • This workout involves 4 functional movements with building endurance rounds.
  • For the first round, complete each movement for 30 sec. sequentially.
  • In the second round, complete each movement for 60 sec.
  • In the final round, each movement should then last for 90 sec.
