Workout of the Day #18

Workout of the Day #18 (HIIT) - HIIT 20-40-60 (10 off)

  • Complete each movement for 20 sec, 40 sec, then 60 sec.
  • Rest 10 sec. in between
  • Finish the full time for each movement before moving on

Exercise List:

  1. Three Point Lunge Press (Alternate Sides)
  2. Triple Step Switchover
  3. Seated Knee Tucks
  4. Pushup to Rotation Hand On
  5. Sit-Up Cross Jab

Instructions:

  • Each exercise should be done for 20 sec, 40 sec, and then 60 sec. with a 10 sec. break after each.
  • Try not to move to the next exercise until you have completed at least 2 min. of "time under tension" for the previous movement.
