Workout of the Day #17 (Flow) - Second Flow Movement Series

  • CinderFit assisted stretching movements
  • Take a full breath in for 3 sec. and out for 4 sec.
  • Complete a total of 5-10 breaths each
  • Repeat for 3 rounds

Exercise List:

  1. Standing Neck Stretch (10 Breaths/Switch Sides)
  2. Half Split Stretch (10 Breaths/Switch Sides)
  3. Downward Facing Dog (10 Breaths)
  4. Calf Stretch (10 Breaths)
  5. Flying Squirrel (5 Breaths/Switch Sides)
  6. Sit and Reach (10 breaths/Switch Sides)

Instructions:

  • Get your body to breathe into a longer, leaner you with these CinderFit assisted stretching movements.
  • Make sure you try to take a full breath in for 3 sec. and a full breath out for 4 sec. for a total of 5-10 breaths.
  • Complete 3 rounds of the listed movements.
