Workout of the Day #16 (HIIT) - Second HIIT 40 on 20 off (8 Rounds)

  • 40 sec. work / 20 sec. rest
  • 8 rounds
  • Complete all 8 rounds before moving to next exercise

Exercise List:

  1. Drop Squat Jump Ups
  2. Cross Body Chop
  3. Russian Twist
  4. Decline Mountain Climber

Instructions:

  • This workout is centered on 40 sec. of work followed by 20 sec. of rest for each movement.
  • Perfect your form and find a good rhythm to maximize reps per round.
  • Try not to move to the next exercise until you've completed all 8 rounds.
