Workout of the Day #13 (Functional) - Third Functional Movement Series
- Building endurance rounds
- First round - 30 sec. for each
- Second round - 60 sec. for each
- Final round - 90 sec. for each
Exercise List:
- Suitcase Deadlift
- Front Squat to Rotation Press
- Around the Block
- Farmer's Walk
Instructions:
- This workout involves 4 functional movements with building endurance rounds.
- For the first round, complete each movement for 30 sec. sequentially.
- In the second round, complete each movement for 60 sec.
- In the final round, each movement should then last for 90 sec.
