Workout of the Day #12 (HIIT)- AMRAP HIIT Upper Body 5x10

  • Complete 10 reps of all 5 exercises back-to-back
  • Rest between rounds
  • 5 total rounds
  • Beginner - rest 3 min.
  • Intermediate - rest 90 sec.
  • Advanced - rest <45 sec.

Exercise List:

  1. Bicep Curl
  2. Pushup Leg Lift
  3. Shoveling
  4. High Pull
  5. Shoulder Press Transfer

Instructions:

  • Complete 10 reps of all 5 exercises back-to-back. Rest between rounds. Your goal is to complete 5 rounds.
  • For beginners, rest 3 min. between each round, intermediate rest 90 sec, and advanced try to rest <45 sec.
