Workout of the Day #11 (HIIT) - First HIIT 40 on 20 off (8 Rounds)

  • 40 sec. work / 20 sec. rest
  • 8 rounds
  • Complete all 8 rounds before moving to next exercise

Exercise List:

  1. Straddle Quick Feet
  2. Thruster
  3. Shouldering Squat
  4. Side Swing (Each Side)

Instructions:

  • This workout is centered on 40 sec. of work followed by 20 sec. of rest for each movement.
  • Perfect your form and find a good rhythm to maximize reps per round.
  • Try not to move to the next exercise until you've completed all 8 rounds.
