Workout of the Day #9 (Sculpt) - Sculpt Full Body

  • Muscle isolation
  • Complete 3-5 rounds of each group
  • Rest 60-90 sec. between groups
  • Choose adequate weight

  • 1A) Deadlift Sandbag 8/8
  • 1B) Rotational Lunge 8/8
  • 2A) Alternating Brace March 10/10
  • 2B) Dumbbell Pullover 12
  • 3A) Tricep Skull Crusher 15
  • 3B) Overhead Sit-Up 10
  • 4A) Pendlay Row 15
  • 4B) Bulgarian Split Squat 12/12 (Each Side)

Instructions:

  • This workout is focused on isolating particular muscle groups, so focus on a full range of motion.
  • Complete 3-5 rounds for each group. Rest 60-90 sec. between groups.
  • You should choose a block weight that will allow you to have 2-3 additional reps to give at the end of your set.
