Workout of the Day #7 (HIIT) - AMRAP HIIT Full Body for Time

  • 10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1
  • Descending rep volumes

Exercise List:

  1. CF Push-Up
  2. Clean to Squat
  3. High Pull
  4. Transfer Swing

Instructions:

  • This workout involves descending rep volumes.
  • Complete these four movements starting with 10 reps and removing 1 rep after you've completed 10 for each, 9 for each, 8 for each, and so on.
