Workout of the Day #20 (Functional) - Fourth Functional Movement Series
- Building endurance rounds
- First round - 30 sec. for each
- Second round - 60 sec. for each
- Final round - 90 sec. for each
Exercise List:
- Woodchopper (Switch Sides)
- Rotational Lunge (Alternate)
- Side-to-Side Deadlift
- Half Turkish Get Up (One Side for 30, Other Side for 30, etc.)
Instructions:
- This workout involves 4 functional movements with building endurance rounds.
- For the first round, complete each movement for 30 sec. sequentially.
- In the second round, complete each movement for 60 sec.
- In the final round, each movement should then last for 90 sec.
